For the Peach-Cherry Smoothie:

Instructions
Start by making the chia pudding. Combine all the ingredients for the pudding in a bowl or storage container. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours to allow the chia seeds to work their gelling magic. Stir will before serving.
When your pudding is good to go, make your smoothie. Add all the ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until smooth. (This will be on the thick side, people. That’s a good thing.)
To assemble your parfaits: Layer the chia pudding and smoothie in glasses or mason jars. You can either make two (or three) large parfaits with two layers each of pudding and smoothie, or four small parfaits with one layer each of pudding and smoothie.
Decorate with toppings of your choice and grab a spoon.
