unsweetened almond milk

scoop Vital Proteins collagen protein

teaspoons
hemp or chia seeds
optional

tablespoon
almond butter

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
A few drops pure vanilla extract
optional

cup
baby spinach

cup
frozen dark sweet cherries

frozen berries of your choice
I usually do a mix of blueberries and strawberries, but I love raspberries from time to time.
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. (Duh.)
