Whole30 RecipesI’ve never done The Whole30. Have you? Did you like it?? Are you doing it right now??? (If so, you go, Glen Coco! You crushing it!)

On the off chance you’re not familiar with The Whole30, it’s basically a 30-day elimination diet. The premise is that cutting out the most common inflammatory food groups for one month will knock out damaging cravings and help you form better/healthier habits by increasing your awareness of the foods you’re eating. The no-no foods include: alcohol, added sugar (real or artificial), grains, legumes, dairy, carrageenan, MSG, and sulfites.

Even though I’ve never done The Whole30—it hinders my recipe testing ability—I do think it makes a lot of sense. (I already limit sugar, caffeine, and alcohol because I have ANXIETY.) And based on the intel I’ve gleaned from social media, people looooove them some Whole30, especially in January. I respect this, and because I wish to support your healthy efforts in any way that I can, I’ve gone ahead and rounded up some of my favorite Whole30-friendly recipes from the blog and The Dude Diet below. I hope they make your 30 days (or any day, really) a little more delicious…
