THE GIFT GUIDES ARE HERE!!!

I’ve got some very fun gifting ideas for a variety of humans: Home and Style Mavens (below), Home Cooks and Food LoversBeauty and Wellness Enthusiasts, and, of course, Dudes

We all know that holidays aren’t about the presents. BUT giving presents can also be a small joy, and I take great pride each year in helping some of you find the perfect thing for someone you love. Especially the tough giftees. (I feel this pain. Everyone in my family is shockingly difficult to shop for.)

As always, my hope is that these gift guides help make shopping for your people a little bit easier and more fun. And reminder that it can sometimes be helpful to forward these gift guides to significant others/family members with the subject “Hint, hiiiint.”

Happy shopping, friends! Wishing you and yours the happiest of holiday seasons. Sending a virtual hug.

2024 Gift Guides for Home and Style Mavens:

Fringed Knitted Scarf. If you’re gonna give someone a scarf for the holidays, it better make a statement! This oversized Jacquemus number with fringed edges is a stunner and would elevate any winter outfit. I’m partial to the chocolate, but it also comes in a lovely cream. Gap has a great oversized fringe scarf this season as well that looks very similar for a fraction of the price. (It comes in many colors including a fun cherry should you know someone who loves a pop of red…)

Vintage Bookshelf Games. Aesthetic fun for all ages! I love the thought of gifting a favorite childhood boardgame packaged in a vintage-inspired book cover. If you’re feeling wild, Pottery Barn sells a gorgeous 15-Pack set that would look incredible on a bookshelf.

Tuckernuck Infinity Hoop Earrings. These hoops are timeless, versatile, AND under $50. A no-brainer gift for any chic woman in your life. I also highly recommend these Lié Studio Julie Earrings or these Mignonne Gavigan Canal Hoops if you’re in the market for a slightly unexpected everyday earring.

Destination Coffee Table Book. This is more of an idea than a specific recommendation, but if there’s a place that holds special meaning for you and the person your gifting (maybe it’s a place you’ve been, maybe it’s a bucket list spot!), see if there’s a great coffee table book featuring that destination. If you’re splurging, the Assouline Travel Series is beautiful. Taschen has fantastic options as well at a slightly lower price point, as does Anthropologie.

MacKenzie-Childs Courtly Check 3260 Bar Set. For the fabulous cocktail lover in your life! This unique checkered shaker and bar set is a showstopper that would stand out on any bar, bar cart, or countertop.

Candle Warmer Lamp. This dimmable lamp has a 50-watt halogen warming bulb that allows one to enjoy the scent of their favorite candles without an open flame (zero fire risk is always a good thing…).

First Edition or Signed Copy of a Favorite Book. Piggybacking on the idea above, seeking out a first edition or signed copy of a novel, cookbook, business guide, etc. that your giftee loves is another thoughtful present that they’re likely to cherish!

Andie Loafer. Margaux always knocks it out of the park when it comes to beautifully made and supremely comfortable footwear staples. I love the minimalist shape of these classic loafers, which come in a few classic colors and are made in sizes 5 to 14. (I have the burgundy and have worn it to death this fall—the color is surprisingly neutral!) One of the unique things about Margaux footwear is that each style is available in 3 widths to ensure maximum comfort. I found my loafers to be comfortable straight out of the box, but they’ve quite literally molded to my feet over time. Size up a half size!

Custom Cocktail Napkins. An embroidered set of colorful cocktail napkins with a fun phrase or inside joke is sure to tickle the entertainer in your life. They come in sets of 4 and you can pick from a few fonts and color combinations.

Jonathan Adler Versailles Glassware Set. This geometric set is a guaranteed glassware upgrade! The glasses would also pair perfectly with the checkered bar set above without being too matchy-matchy. Just throwing that out there…

Barney Bed with Bouclé Cover. For the dog lover! Most dog beds are a bit of an eyesore, but this bed with a bouclé cover is the least offensive I’ve seen. It’s very pricy, but it’s also wildly durable, so it ends up being a more sustainable/single purchase investment! The memory foam is super comfy and supportive, and the cover is relatively easy to remove and clean. Taco and I 12/10 recommend.

Suede Tote. An oversized suede tote is a luxe addition to any wardrobe, and the color and shape of this bag is gorgeous. I’m also drawn to this gorgeous Little Liffner suede tote, and this slouchy Gap option that’s under $60.

Dehanche Louison Belt. A beautiful belt can really make an outfit, and this one is a personal favorite. It’s easy to dress up and down, and the contrast white stitching makes it a touch more interesting. I also love the look of this Anderson’s belt, and this Favorite Daughter number.

A Very Good Sweater. The button details and slouchy fit give this knit an effortlessly cool vibe. (And it looks far more expensive than its $50 price tag.) It also comes in a timeless beige stripe.

Candle Care Kit. We all know a candle freak (funnily enough, my roommate is mine), and this comically fancy candle care kit—It includes a gold-plated candle try, wick trimmer, snuffer, and wax pick—feels like the bougie treat they deserve. If you’d like to indulge the fetish further by adding to their candle collection, Hotel Lobby, Diptyque, and Maya are great places to start.

The Perfect White Tank. This scoopneck tank from Soldout.nyc fits like an absolute dream and is a wardrobe staple one might not splurge on themselves.
